Online Transactions
We make every effort for our Customers satisfactions. We have a secure SSL certificate on our website with our web hosting company and our shopping cart section. Once a transaction is completed the CC numbers are encrypted and divided in several sections and email to the store owner for Merchant notification can manually reassemble to process the sell. Archeostore.com used also Paypal online processing.
Methods Payments
We accept cheque, money order and online payments such as credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We will wait to receive the cheques before processing the shipment of items. Our Merchant account company Chase Paymentech has given us a Merchant account #. We do manual processing with with Chase Paymentech to verify the cc numbers and expiration date for all Credit Card transactions. Once this process is completed we send an email notification to the customer. Please note that Archeostore.com used also Paypal online processing.
Pricing policy
The prices on the shopping cart section and in our 24 pages catalog are usually accurate. If there are any errors on the prices, please let us know. We will correct them. We reserve the right to change and update our prices on the website at any time. Tax Ontario provincial tax is included for Ontario residents. People living outside of Ontario do not pay PST. GST is applied. If you live in the province of Ontario and you are tax exempt you must provide a certificate number to the business. If you find the GST on you bill please let us know. Our business sends a invoice and package slips to customers. On july 1st 2010 Ontario. PST will be merged to the GST. This will become the 13% HST.
We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. We also reserve the right to change the products if they are longer available or out of stock. We can provide alternatives or similar products whenever possible.
If our products are out of stock or no longer available at the supplier's level. We will informed our customers. We will do our very best to try to accomodate customers by finding alternatives tools or products.Shipping
Our products will be shipped to customers after we have received the cheques and money orders. If the products was purchase online we will sent it as soon as the purchase is accepted. The shipping might take a business week or longer. This depends on where the customer lives. Additional cost might be added as weight and transportation fees. There might fees asked on delivery if COD. We ship our products by mail carriers (FedEx, UPS, Purolator, Priority Post, Canada Post, etc) for the faster delivery. We offer secure shipping and protect our customer privacy detail.
UPS might add brokerage fees.Tracking and email notifications
We use tracking number from Canada Post and other mail service to follow up on where the parcel is located. We notify the customer when we ship the product. We can track the parcels for the customers.
Packing
Our customers receive an invoice and a packing slip with the products. We carefully packed our products in bubble wraps or paper to protect your purchase. International shipping We can ship our products to other countries. Additional cost might be added such excise tax.
Warranty
We will honor the various warranties given by Manufacturers. This might be a 30 days, 90 day warranty, One year warranty or a lifetime warranties. Sales cancellations If you want to cancel a sale. Please advise us immediately within hours or days. We will terminate the transaction process and delete the customer's transaction records. This has to be done before the owner call the merchant account phone # to register a sale. No Sales will be recorded and it wont be charge to your CC. Once a sale has been registered and you want to cancel. The owner can call the Merchant account to cancel a sale.
Returns/ reimbursements.
Our business has a 30 day reimbursed policy. If you are not satisfied, we will reimburse you. We will reimburse payments made online by credit cards, or by cheque, money order. If items are found broken or damage, we will replace it or exchange it. Just keep your receipt.
No returns
However, if you start to you used our tools kits there will be no refund. If the product is bought by COD will not reimburse. We will replace the items under warranties.
Confidentiality policy
We will not give any collected information on this website to anyone. We will not sell collected data to anyone or any third party. We might time to time do polls and surveys with customers on our products. We might use collected data for own statistical usage only. This is to know if the customers are satisfied with our website and products.
